Klaudia — Dekordia Automation Agent

Purpose

Automated service operated by Dekordia for accessing supplier and partner websites as part of order processing, product availability checks and business operations.

The agent acts on behalf of Dekordia inside accounts that belong to Dekordia. Its tasks are:

• signing in to the B2B portals of Dekordia's suppliers, using credentials issued to Dekordia by those suppliers;
• placing and confirming purchase orders for goods already sold to Dekordia's customers;
• checking product availability and stock levels, and synchronising them with Dekordia's own ERP and online store;
• downloading order confirmations, proformas, invoices and shipping documents belonging to Dekordia's account.

Traffic pattern

• Runs from a single server on a fixed schedule, approximately once every 10 minutes.
• Single-threaded and sequential — requests are issued one at a time, at human pace, with pauses between them.
• Low volume: typically a few dozen requests per supplier per day, driven by the number of real customer orders.
• Traffic is limited to the specific pages required to complete a transaction (login, product lookup, cart, order confirmation, document download).

What this agent does not do

• It does not crawl or index the public web, and does not follow links beyond the pages needed for the task.
• It does not collect content for resale, republication, price-scraping databases or AI training datasets.
• It does not attempt to bypass authentication, paywalls, rate limits, CAPTCHAs or any access control.
• It does not access accounts, data or areas other than those belonging to Dekordia.
• It does not distribute traffic across multiple IP addresses and does not disguise its origin.
